These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text-message communications from Raw Reserved LLC (“Raw Reserved,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Raw Reserved sends individual conversational and service-related text messages to prospective and existing customers. Messages may concern transportation or concierge-service inquiries, quotes, vehicle availability, passenger counts, pickup and drop-off locations, itineraries, reservation confirmations, deposits, payment links, driver arrival, schedule changes, and customer support.

HOW CUSTOMERS OPT IN

Customers may initiate a text conversation by texting Raw Reserved directly. Customers may also provide their mobile number and agree to continue by text after contacting us through RawReserved.com, telephone, email, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Thumbtack, or another booking or social-media platform.

By providing a mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, the customer consents to receive conversational and service-related SMS messages from Raw Reserved. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on the customer’s inquiry, reservation, itinerary, and communication needs.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply according to the customer’s wireless service plan. Raw Reserved is not responsible for charges imposed by a wireless carrier.

OPTING OUT

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, the customer may receive a final confirmation message and will receive no additional text messages unless the customer provides consent again.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the customer’s carrier network and device availability.
